Anyone have the above?

Ive seen a magnetic pickup which can be placed on an audio transformer which amplifies and plays the sound through a speaker

I need this for listening to dtmf tones on a system i work on

This is only a coil with about 5000 turns 0.05mm enameled copper wire.

All you need is the coil mentioned by Sebi (or one taken from a transformer or inductor) and an audio amplifier to amplify the signal.

At one time you could buy the coils from Tandy (the long defunct UK version of Radio Shack), they had a rubber sucker on the side for attaching to a phone.
