    Default NMOS Transistor Connection

I have another question, hopefully I will be uploading the schematic for my transistor soon, but where should the bulk, gnd ( I know this goes to ground) and the Vdd of an nmos transistor me connected to ?

Depends on what the NMOS is being used for? Most power P and N MOS transistors only have three leads, with the body, bulk, substrate already connected to the Source pin. Only some specialized small signal FETs have four leads.
