Default information required about "NEC D882 transistor" and "BD243C"?

i need help and instructinos about "NEC D882 transistor" and "BD243C transistor" i want to use it in inverter for florescent lamps..
tell me the other equivelent transistori can use....
the maximum volt and current we can give to these transistors....

i am not fully understand with datasheets.....
kindly tell me other components which are equivalent to these transistors, because these transistors are not available in our market
