hi guys new here got a hard one here
i have a sayett mediashow projector
no remote
can't get to menu to set source like pc, video or whatever
so i need a hack or i was thinking of taking a sensor from a vcr and putting it in the projector do you think this would work
just wondering

Changing the sensor won't help, all a sensor does is translate the ir light code to electrical impulse code.. You'll need to transmit the correct code to get any results..I'd contact the manufacturer about a replacement or see if they use a code simillar to someone elses..

You need a transmitter to read it from, there's no way you can get it from the receiver.
