does somebody have any links to old magazines related to electronics that can be downloaded from somewhere. i heard that the old issues of the EPE magazine can be downloaded for free; but from where?

Circuit Cellar, a great electronics hobby magazine, sells CD's of old years for something like 10$ - a great deal for all the cool projects in the old issues.
