We a great deal need this kind of high brightness white LED or chip:

About 1W, 350mA, 3.1~3.5V and 3W, 1000mA, 3.1~3.5V

Know the manufacturer for the friend in that? Please help to tell my factory.

Luxeon is the best for what you want, but you can also take a look at http://www.ledmuseum.org/ the high flux led section to see if any other company can supply what you want.
