i'm using 2 IR2104's to drive a H-Bridge.....the 2104's output 15v to turn on the bridge. I was just checking the circuit to make sure everything was in order, i checked the current draw between the 2104 and the H-Bridge...there is no current draw. Is this normal?

the signal goes to +15vdc but no measurable current (even on the 4mA setting) on the meter.

 

Is there a load connected to your bridge?? need more information
