pls help me out...cannot find toshiba c5280 .....so can anyone pls help me
for the equivalent transistor....pls

You need to put '2S' in front of it, so the number is actually 2SC5280.

yup...its toshiba..2sc5280....i'm from malaysia....i cannot find this part around here..pls guide me..
