Circuit required for quiz master - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I am looking for a circuit for a pub quiz. 4 people sit infront of a button. once the quiz master asks a question, the first one to press the button lights a lamp on there tabe and on the quiz masters panel. the other are then locked out and cannot light their lamp untill the quiz master presses a reset butto to strt again.
