Looking for 2SK 3296 data sheets - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Hi everybody,
I have been looking for data sheets of this device,
and nothing, not even in the NEC site,
if somebody knows something about this
transistor, or any link, please let me know
It s installed in several motherboards using
pentium and amd cpu,

The space in the type designator 2SK 3296 is just the way they print it on the component - quite often spread over 2 lines.

Next time lose the space and you should find what you want.

The datasheet is in the NEC website at......

I couldn't get this mosfet, so I think I can replace it
with a substitute
