Question on interface - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Dear all,

I wanna ask how can i Interface between 89c51 and ADC0804. Is there any technique or chips i need to added or i can just connect the output of ADC0804 to 89c51 directly?

Moreover, do they need to have the same frequency in order to communicate with each other? If yes, how can i achieve it?

It is hard to guess what is your skill level and what would be
appropriate help to send you into right direction. Since nobody
will do the free development after someone posts such general
question, I will try to explain the best route.
You can start by downloading datasheets and studying how
the chips operate. You can see from the datsheets if the I/O
levels match, number of required I/O, timing etc.
Once you do some research on your own and have specific
question, we will be able to help more.
