Hi,

Can anyone tell me is a 2v input on Q to the 4043 will be enough to set the latch?

I have read the PDF but being a little new want to make sure.

The Q's are outputs. S and R are the inputs to each latch. The minimum logic levels are specified in the HEF Family Specifications, and they are dependent on the supply voltage. Look for the specifications for VIH and VIL.
