I am building a DC power supply
I am using a transformer 240V Primary to 25 volts on the secondary at 5 Amp's
Could some one supply me with a circuit digram to bild this power supply with Variable voltage & variable Current

Go to Tony's Circuits for the Hobbyist and look at "Bench Top Power Supply", parts 1-4. Not exactly what you're looking for, but pretty close.

I built this 1.5V-24V 5A regulated power supply a few months ago:

The voltage regulator is LM338.

I suggest you use a bigger case for maximum cooling efficiency.
