 replacing a transistor ECG184,NTE184 Hi, I have a 12V to 9V DC converter circuit that uses a transistor ECG184,NTE184. But I can't find it in the stores (i searched a lot), so I must replace it with a most common one with similar specs...Does anyone know a transistor similar to ECG184,NTE184?ThAnKs!!!  ops: | |

| OnSemi shows the 2N5192 and the BD441 as direct replacements for the NTE184. | |
