| A load is a short (open) circuit if it draws all (none) of the current available from a source. A load is "effectively" a short (an open) circuit if it draws >99% (<1%) of the current available from a source. Sometimes shorts, and opens, are intentional http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...22&btnG=Search | |
