Default BGA In mobile phones

I tried to repair my mobile phone ( nokia 3650) , it gives incorrect battery measurment, and sometimes it says that its low and sometimes it says its full , so i went to the current sensor ic which is LM3819 and i suspected of it , i found it its a small IC and dont know how to desolder it or solder it again and how do i know the arrangment of the pins there is no sign to know ..

Those are repaired with hot air soldering irons & need some experience to do that.Better show to a phone repair technician.De soldering is ok but soldering part must do with very carefully concentrating more on heat & static stuff.

How do you know it's the current sensor?

It's a possibility but not a certainty.

Not for a BGA, you need something that heats both sides of the board, it's a much more difficult procedure (I don't have the gear to do it at work, but I know a guy who does).
