| may i know what is the main breakdown mechanism for diode and may i know how to improve the output voltage regulation performance, is it to minizie the changes in output voltahe to changes in input voltage? | |

| There are two breakdown mechanisms, avalanche and zener, which one are you interested in? If you want accurate voltage regulation then use a voltage reference rather than a diode.
