Could some one please verify this sch, & pcb - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Hi,
would be greatful if some one would look at the schematic, pcb, and placement
of the components in the attached picture.

I have tried to draw the pcb artwork from the schematic drawing, but I am
not certain if my thinking on the transistors orientation is correct, or indeed
the traces to the db9 socket.

At the same time, its about time I learned the meaning of the arrows pointing
in different directions within the transistor symbles.

So if any one can help me further understand, and know if my pcb is correct
I would be very grateful to you.

The link between pins 1 and 5 of the DB9 can go between the pad traces, eliminating one jumper wire over the long link which can be eliminated.
