 How does the IC 74926 work? any links to its proper tutorial? what r the conditions for resetting, displaying the latch value etc?? i give reset only for s short time, but it keeps on resetting... | |

| Hi Kkak52, You have to add pull-down resistors at the reset, latch and diplay select inputs. Open inputs are never a good idea when designing with (digital) circuits, especially when they are CMOS.
