Does anyone know what happens to FR4 when it reaches its maximum temperature? :?:

Yes. When FR4 gets above it's rated temperature it starts to expand and possibly warp in an unpredictable way.

If you mean when someone is trying to set fire to it with a match.... it is supposed to not burn.
