| I'm starting on a new project using a GLCD. I'm planning on using this one http://www.futurlec.com/LED/BLUE128X64LCD.shtml from futurlec. I noticed that the VEE pin needs a negative voltage, 0V~-8V. Then pin 18 is labeled as VOUT with an output of -10V. So does this mean the LCD generates the negative voltage?

| Yes it does. Just connect a potentiometer between Vout and Gnd with the wiper to Vee. There are a few threads on here about using that exact display. Mike. | |
