Guys i got a few questions which is really importand for my project,
Can u refer any research for Light sensitive components?
Can u refer any research for designing a normal FET-amplifiers using only one Fet?
How can i design a two transistor amplifier using normal bipolar transistor?
Hfe must be 2000 and Ic 1A. Using real components and their data...

If u guys please help about those, i d be really glad...

Look in Google for Light Dependent Resistor, Photo-diode and Photo-transistor.

Learn about the FET.

Ask your teacher to teach you about transistors.

Thanks for answer audioguru, i ll learn FET AND Transistors as soon as possible but i gotta find out the answer of those last two as soon as possible otherwise i ll be too late complete the project...
But thanks again, if noone replies i ll learn those immediately started by now already...
