I am having one video available...

I wanted to use a portion of this video for sending through an email...

So, to reduce the size...

i wanted to cut a portion of this video...

- Any free to download software available...

- or any screen capture software...

They are both easy to use software, The VirtualDub GUI is not great but it is software to do simple things. Vegas has more functions and looks better, but it's overkill for your application.
