Default LED color

Hi, is there possible to change a LED color ? i want to make the indicators from the dashboard of the car to change color in different speed(blue slow, red fast speed)

You can get multi-color LEDs. There are RGB LEDs. They have 3 LEDs inside. You vary the amount of current in each LED to get the right mix of color you want.

RGB LEDs are pretty common but if you just want red and blue you can get red/blue bi-colour LEDs or just use an RGB and ignore the green.

Back before blue LEDs were even developed, I had students who used to routinely change the color of red LEDs to orange by using them without current-limiting resistors for a prolonged period.

Just use an RGB LED which can produce a whole rainbow of colour, including white.
