Large 7-segment LEDs - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I need 4 large 7-segment LEDs, with a height somewhere around 6-8 inches. I can't find a source for anything that size. If necessary I'll make them out of a few dozen individual LEDs in a 7-segment pattern, but it would save time (and look cleaner) if they were actual 7-segment displays.

Any suggestions?
