    Hi, anyone know how this IC resolve touch position?

    The data sheet in your link describes the operation, have you read it? What bit dont you understand?

    Looks like it may be possible to duplicate this with a PIC or Atmel.

    tnx for response I found the answer, the datasheet is no god, yes you could duplicate operation its just switching proces and data conversion, bye bye
