I want to make wireless speaker system(2.1). Can you tell me how I can design it wireless ?

You need to learn about radio transmitter and receiver circuits.

There are a couple of ideas to try:

RF wireless or Infrared. have a think, google, and tell us what you find plus your ideas on how to make it.
