Default PCB track thickness

How thick should a PCB copper track be for 240VAC and 400VDC?

It really depends upon the current flowing thru the track, both thickness and track width.

I should be less than 1amp

There are a few calculators online and sometimes also built-in to pcb design software, here is an online one:

Note that you need to know the thickness of the copper layer and must also allow plenty of clearance between tracks for high voltages to prevent immediate problems and also prevent "creepage" as the board ages, humidity etc.

I agree with picasm, also I would use GF/epoxy pcb as the substrate, not SRBP.
