Must be OK, but it does say much about the 'practical' side of electronics. Like network theory etc.

Who cares if it is correct?

All he seems to have done is summarised semiconductor theory.
I think that is totally pointless unless you are designing transistors.
What about a bit of Ohms law, and other much more down to earth stuff?

mean free path is all abt collisions .. so what role does it actually play in semiconductor theory?
