PCB Antenna - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

HI all.
I am working on a RF transmitter.when making inductor and antenna i was told a specific line on a PCB will serve the purpose.
What are the formulae to make an inductor of a certain henry and antenna?
What PCB should i use for the VHF and UHF.

Once again GOOGLE is my friend.. Why not make him yours too??

On the Microchip website, there is a PDF document detailing just what you need.. I've linked to it below :

Normal FR4 pcb works fine at 434MHz.. I aint tried any higher, but I suspect that PTFE based substrates will work better.. If you can find any!!
