Question phototransistor circuit driver

hi everybody....
I want to product a photo reciver for home application
plz help me for know about newest technics .

So sorry to disappoint, but latest techniques are at least a half century old.

#1 Ground the emitter, add a pullup to the collector, shine a light on the base, and then turn it off. Output on the collector is inverted; it is low for light

#2 Connect the collector to Vcc, add a pulldown resistor to the emitter, shine a light on the base, and then turn it off. Output on the emitter is true; it is high for light.

I have a photo diod that sends oscilated photo at 10Khz and i need a circuit for reciever.

Well I gave you a description of the circuit, but you couldn't follow it so here is a link to a Fairchild Application note.
