Google will do it for you if you ask it nicely.

Ask google to search for "radar de poursuite", in the search results you will see:

Radar de poursuite et de mesure a Ultrason - [Translate this page]

click on [Translate this page] and you will get an English translation. Be aware that the translation gives some curious phrases which dont make sense in English

I dont know if Google can do Arabic which may help you?
