Default Surface mounted 93c46! pinout?

I can not read a surface mounted93c46 chip!
and i found that it exists different pinouts for these chips.
and i have no problem reading the 93c06 analogs with the standard pinout,
the backside soldered chip.

is there a different pinout on these or do they exist in both!

I found something about a write enable/disable feature on these chip
could it cause trouble in reading these chip?

I read this 7002nm10 chip with the 93c46.hpl driver and it worked!!

I can not figure this out Please help someone??

Default

I don't have any idea about multiple pin-outs for same chip and same package. I have this datasheet of 93C46 http://www.atmel.com/atmel/acrobat/doc0539.pdf
The write enable/disable feature will only protect the ROM from accidental writes by the uC/uP. It won't affect the reading of ROM contents.
