E-C voltage drop on ULN2803 - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Since the ULN2803 is a darlington pair, I'm wondering how much is the voltage drop from E-C. 1.4V? .7V? Can't find it in the spec sheet.

TI's ULN2803A variant has it listed as VCEsat (1.6V max @ 350mA) on page 3.
