RFID Question - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I am trying to interface RFID reader with my PIC MCU.
I am using RI45538 from TI, and the RFID card transponder (134.2Khz) , RI-TRP-R4FF.

At RI45538 , there is TXCT, RXDT, RXCK.
Question:
1. what is the data / bus format (SPI?)
2. What is the protocol/ command to communicate with the RFID Card?
3. The RFID carry how many byte of data/ ID? and format? Encryption ,Checksum apply?

I have email TI since last week, but I don't get any reply till now. Is this a NDA information so TI is not release to public?
