This morning I found Electronics-Lab was Hacked by Someone
The message was:

Admin ,ur Forum was r00ted by TugaRaptor. Gretz to Player_domina , jew_theMaster & Viruxe

How does one Fix this?

It was also hacked a few days ago by another idiot. The administrator fixed it pretty quickly and stopped the same hack from repeating.

You would think that the administrator has a password for security but somehow the hacker found an unlocked other way to get in.

Generally it's due to a security loop-hole, an old version of PHPBBS had the same problem, but was cured by a later update - you also need to remove the offending code from the forums, it's actually stored as part of your forum setup. I've no idea what the flaw actually was?, but it didn't involve someone gaining administrator rights.
