| Does anyone know of a schematic or a link to a schematic for a "switchmode power supply to provide up to 180 volts from 9 -12vdc"? thank you | |

| Sorry Brain too fast for slow hands. The PS is for a Nixie Tube Clock. These "tubes" need around 170-180vdc to operate. Instead of using transformers, I saw someone using a Switchmode to up there 9vdc that powers the TTL's (+5v) to 180vdc @ 2ma to power the tubes. This would be smaller package than 2x 120vac transformers. | |
