Hello, I am looking for which is the maximum frequency of integrated circuit 555.

I know the 7555 CMOS version is guaranteed to 1Mhz, but can usually go to over 2. The TTL 555 is probably around 500khz.

Have you checked the datasheet?

The TS555 is even better it works up to 2.7MHz.

But a 555 isn't really a good choice if you're looking for those sorts of frequencies, far better to choose something more suitable.
