Hi

Could someone tell me if Atmel's 90S2313 once locked can be read without erasing flash and eeprom?

If so what program is recommended?

No! According to datasheet, you cannot read the contents of ROM in any way once the secuirty bits are fused.

get the bios revision number ....when you start your computer and you see bios revision number ..........then go to the bios mkers webpage...................what happened reflash you bios and some hardware is missing. this happened to me once very easy to fix

Sorry to say Tommy you are on the wrong track. We here are discussing about the Microcontrollers Flash ROM which could be read or not after programming and fusing the security bits.
