How to calculate the resistors if we say that the comparator is a LM339.
Give me some formulars, or show it to me.

I don't understand why you are asking. The circuit is already designed. Are you just trying to understand how the resistor values were determined?

Did you read the data sheet?

Google for LM339?

It like the 555 timer, it should have a lot of good websites with details.
