| He's looking for a substitute for the HER208 rectifier. data sheet attached. I don't know why, there seems to be a lot of manufacturers of this part.

| You should tell us something more about your application... Your diode is a 1000 V 2A fast rectifier. Do you need a fast recovery time or a general purpose rectifier? Which current? Wich frequency? | |
