Default please help to design crystal oscillator

i need complete design of crystall osillator that give variable amplitude (1 mA - 5 mA) and frequency 12 khz or 13 khz or 14 khz it would be better if it is 13 khz.

Please be patient!.

Do you have a crystal that low?, it sounds lower than most crsytals you can get - it's usual to use a higher frequency one and divide down from it!.

What is your application?, it doesn't sound anything 'normal'?.

If this help you, you can use a 4060 and a 32kHz crystal to generate your wave. In this case will be a square wave and you have the outputs of the 4060 that the wave is divided.
See the file attached to help you. You can see also the datasheet of this 4060 for more informations about the outputs.
