Default Parts Identification

Hi Everybody,

Recently, I purchased bulk of transistors,SCRs,etc at very cheap prise. I have identified most of the parts & pin connections. But I am unable to identify few parts, the numbers are as follows. Could you please tell me whether these are transistors, IC's or anyother kind.(all these parts are having 3 pins).

E13007,B4028E,C4418,C4242,C5027B,S16C40C,TIP121

Well, the last item is a transistor, I have used this one. The others I don't know.
Try google and type the exact pary number in the advanced search function. You'd be surprised what you can find out there.
