.100 inch flex cables - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Does anybody know of a company that readily gives away samples of such cables? I need such cables with receptacles on both ends (for connecting various boards together) for my various projects and would like to save money by getting them for free.

how many pins are you looking for? dual row or single?
I picked up a bunch of 10 pin connectors (dual row) off ebay about a year ago.

I'm looking for some of those single row 2-4 pin connectors that are used on PC cases for the switches and speaker.
