what do you do with parts that have more pads then parts?

I am trying to draw some Sumida smt inductors ... they have four pads, but only two connections (pins)

I've been using an ugly workaround, just updating my symbol to have four pins, but is there a more eligant method?

is there a way to tell eagle pads 1 and 4 connect to pin 1, pads 2 and 3 connect to pin 2?

 

Have you looked at some of the existing symbols ( like qfp CPU parts ) to see how they do it?

I'd look myself but I'm just off to bed.
