74LS47 has open-collector outputs. That means it can drive a load with upto 15V DC supply on the output side. All you need to do is use a common anode display, connect 12V to the common anode pin and other display pins should have a series resistor of 470 Ohms each.

Remember Vcc of 74LS47 should be at 5V only. Not 12V
