hi,i want the simplest circuit for analog to digital converter............

 

Those 8 pin DAC chips do a good job.What interface do you neead? I2C,SPI,Parallel..

You can, but for an n-bit converter, it takes 2^n-1 comparators, e.g., for 8 bits, you need 255 comparators.
The advantage is, it can be very fast if you use fast comparators.

I know its an ADC (Analog Digital conveter) and not DAC (Digital Analog Converter)

You beter find an IC that dose this.Making one togeter yourself will be a huge circuit.
