 Please Help!!!! I bought an RCA TV at a pawn shop and it's making a faint, rapid clicking sound when the power is OFF!! It almost sounds like something caught in a fan or a playing card on bike spokes... I'm clueless about electronics and a little nervous about the TV catching on fire...our last TV had a little fire because my tree year old decided to put crayons in it. Please help me if you have any ideas what it might be!!!!!! Thank you!!! | |

| I'm almost sure, the sound make the power supply in standby mode. Change all electrolyt capacitors under 100uF in PSU-section. | |
