Need an RF NPN transistor with Ft = 900Mhz ? - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Anyone know where i can get hold of one in the UK.
Closest i can find is a PN3563, ft =600Mhz (Min)

It can be BF959. Or older BFY90.

Great the BFY90 one looks good, goes upto 1Ghz, any idea of who stocks it in the UK?

try mosfet...

They are by far more superior in terms of frequency range, but the price and risk of ESD is another thing...

BTW: what exactly do you want to do on the 900mhz band ey??
