There are many other frequency bands for cell phones. Mine operates on 4 bands but not yours. My phone won't get jammed by you.

Assuming that you have an oscillator sweeping all the frequencies in your band, If a cell phone was using only a single frequency, would it even notice your blips of interference? I doubt it would be jammed.

It is illegal to jam communication services because they need to be available for emergencies. Someone having a heart attack needs to call for help on their cell phone. Maybe the building is burning down, and/or they are stuck in an elevator. Maybe someone must call for help for you.

In many countries, the penalty for jamming communication services is "off with your head"!
